I paid him week ago and havent got anything since then, he feels unwell and i completly understand, but to refund a man in paypal takes 15 seconds, so I dont think hes not able to do it. I Got blocked on forum as well, dont know the reason. If he cant supply me the ig cash ill just like to get refunded, thats all. You got a temp posting block because I'm indiscriminately issuing them to anyone breaking the rule in that forum and flooding it up.
