Transcript in code below. Basically, Lalala provided a test IP of a script, I'd logged in and viewed the script and had confirmed I was happy to pay for it. Paid the money, and an alternate script was provided, not the one I had tested nor paid for. Has since been ignoring all attempts to resolve the situation with "I'll be home the other day and we'll settle all the issues, man." or "The other day. As soon as I get home. People I do not throw, so as previously it was sold and all was well. I apologize for the delay." however has made no actual attempt to either refund the monies or send me the correct file. A week to send one zip file is plenty of time.

Parts of the script do not exist also. Level 7 commands in /ah don't exist, the /help is different. A lot of the script is different.

For clarity, I don't care about previous sales if you are trying to authenticate yourself @Lalala.  I'd rather treat each Complaint as an individual entity.

Could you both clarify which script was tested and which script was given? If there was a discrpenecy, why?

@Husky the script tested was the script he has advertised. The script tested shows all of the server mappings that I had intended to pay for/thought I had paid for. Here's a simple screenshot of the LSPD to show the simplest form of differences:

That is the exterior and interior as you walk in of the script I'd paid for. The one I received showed:

More missing mapping. What I received is the first screenshot, what I should have received is second.

As you can see, mapping alone it's vastly different. This excludes all missing script elements I was shown. In the script I'd tested, there was one username to login with. This was like a 'Master Account'. With this you could access all characters within this account. In the script I was sent, you can only login directly to the character (Firstname_Lastname). Etc.

 

I'm more than happy to provide a live copy of the script to show an admin how different they are.

 

EDIT: At the end of the day, I just want what I'd paid for.

The server that I uploaded to the hosting, I have not tested. I just downloaded, gave him the data and everything. And I sold him what he paid for. A more updated version costs more. I wrote about it to him initially.

You are clearly not understanding the fact that you didn't explain there were two versions but simply said the price was $237 and I said I'd offer $70 which you accepted. You never once detailed there was more than one version. I'm shocked that you do not understand this is literally selling someone something completely different.

From what I can tell here... @Lalala you sold a script at a price that @Smithy wished to buy it for; You accepted his offer without providing him any information about one of "two" gamemodes/scripts and as such this is why a complaint has been posted...

From what I can also tell is, you provided a script that wasn't the version advertised on the forums and by this logic it seems that you were unhappy with the price that Smithy negotiated with you and you decided to under-hand him a version of the script that you think is worth less... Frankly this conversation has gone on for long enough; I'm going to give you two options that will solve this issue.

Option One (1): You refund @Smithy his money in full or in part (this can be discussed by both of you)

Option Two (2): You can provide @Smithy with the gamemode you advertised on our platform.

Failing either of these two options, we (the management team) will decide how to proceed with this matter internally, maybe that be a ban for basically under-handing a community member or a suspension.. This is left in your hands, I'm willing to give you forty-eight (48) hours to decide what you're going to do.
