- You hereby agree that you withdraw your right to request any personal information under the GDPR guidelines if you reside outside of the EU, UK or Ireland.
We do not claim ownership of any content posted, provided on or through our services by you or any users, Instead you hereby grant us (Avovix Solutions) a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to user the content that you posted, provided on or through our service.
- You hereby agree upon account termination, deletion or deactivation that the aforementioned right is not and will not be revoked, changed, altered or nullified.
- You hereby agree that all content posted (including but not limited to Pictures, Text Content, Status Updates) is rightfully yours.
You are hereby granted the right to deactivate your own account (via your account settings) on the service at any time without prior warning; As long as you provide a reasonable excuse for doing so.
- You hereby agree that by deactivating your account your details will be removed from our database and your account will be deleted.
- You hereby agree that any content posted, provided on or through the service can remain up and will not be removed upon request as stated by you agreeing to provide a license for said content (as stated above)
Avovix Store / Purchases
Avovix/Multimart provide a store front that allows you to purchase Physical & Non-Physical (Shippable Items) from, as well as "Account Credit" functionality, the following terms stated will effect you as a consumer and shopper. By signing upto our site you hereby agree to these terms set below when purchasing items, subscriptions or donating to any "Goals" that have been set for our Community.
- Avovix/Multimart will offer refunds for certain items that we deemed "refundable" at our own discretion
You will not hold Avovix/Multimart responsible for any monetary loss incurred by Late, Damaged or otherwise missing packages/items
- If an item arrives late, opened, damaged, missed please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue with the courier.
- You agree that we may ask and require photographic proof of damaged items
You agree that Avovix/Multimart cannot issue refunds for items in the following circumstances (Physical Goods)
- The item was damaged due to the fault of the buyer
- The item has been removed from its protective packaging and is deemed a "Health Risk" if it was to be refunded (EG; Mugs, Spoons, Toilet Seats, Bed Sheets)
- The item refund request was opened after our 14 day (two (2) weeks) return policy
- Avovix/Multimart will only accept item returns on items that are classified as "Physical Goods", items that require shipping information, packaging and transport by a courier, digital items may not be refunded unless otherwise stated on the product page
Avovix/Multimart hereby grant a fourteen (14) day period in which all items upon being shipped (excluding transport to over-seas from the product origin) must be returned;
Items must be returned to us in the way they arrived, packaging; protective barriers and boxes; If the item was not shipped in the aforementioned packaging and was instead provided and packaged in a envelope the item can be returned in the same way.
- Items that are being returned in the original packaging, must have the original transportation label removed or covered by the provided label
- Avovix/Multimart cannot be held responsible for providing "Free" , "Discounted" , "Credited" shipping
- Avovix/Multimart will only accept returns for a refund if the request was made during the fourteen (14) day grace period
- Items must be returned to us in the way they arrived, packaging; protective barriers and boxes; If the item was not shipped in the aforementioned packaging and was instead provided and packaged in a envelope the item can be returned in the same way.
- You agree that by adding "Account Credit" you cannot withdraw those funds to your Bank Account or any "Online Processor" such as but not limited to (PayPal)
You acknowledge that "Account Credit" is non-transferable
- You cannot transfer "Account Credit" between accounts, that you may operate or otherwise
- Upon "Account Credit" being added to your account, as a result of you purchasing/adding credit that you acknowledge that your account has been "Credited" and is non-refundable
You cannot & will not hold Avovix/Multimart responsible for any loss of credit due to a "False Purchase(s)" or an "Accidental Purchase(s)"
- You may report the issue to us via our support system if you believe the account has been misused and falsely accessed by someone other than yourself and we will investigate this claim
Subscriptions / Memberships
By clicking "Subscribe Now" and continuing to fill our all or any forms given to you online, by phone; fax or email; Then submitting payment, will result in a binding contract once your payment has been processed and accepted either manually or automatically by our payment processor.
You will receive confirmation of your subscription (Invoice, Confirmation Notice) within 72 hours of the payment being completed; We cannot be held responsible if you fail to receive this confirmation due to incorrectly supplied details; such as but not limited to (Email Address, Postal Address; Phone).
We reserve the right to refuse payment or process your order for any reason. All order will be subject to validation check by our automated system or manually. If in the case your order has been cancelled or rejected but you've been credited for the subscription, please open a support ticket if the amount has not been refunded within 72 hours.
Right to refuse purchases (We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders)
In the event that the sub-total of the purchase is incorrect, invalid

Cancellations & Refunds

- In the event that a payment has been unauthorised or fraudulent, avovix solutions will do our best to investigate and refund in full or refund in part (A partial refund) the payment in question.
Avovix/Multimart offer account credit to all members who successfully find and reports issues with the site that are deemed to be a Critical Security Issue [See below]; This credit cannot be withdrawn from the site and may only be used to purchase items offered by Avovix/Multimart, Credit may not be used to purchase items, downloaded or other abilities outside of the "Avovix Store"
- * Avovix/Multimart will investigate any and all technical issues that we have been informed of via our Support Ticket system, once we have investigated the claim we will issue account credit to only the account that informed us of the issue if the issue has been deemed to be of the aforementioned "Critical" status; The amount of credit issued to your account will depend on the issue that has been reported or will be an amount stated by a list of common or rare security issues that we're aware of.
- Added credit from "Bug Bounties" are non-transferable
- You may not withdraw account credit from your account
Discord Synchronization / Linking
Avovix Solutions, Multimart provide an exclusive discord server provided by the Discord Platform (https://discordapp.com) that requires to link your Discord Account to your Multimart/Avovix Solution's Service (Platform) Account to use; We reserve the following rights to the information you agree to provide by linking your Discord Account under your Account Settings on the platform/all platforms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
